What street harassment problem? I'm pretty sure some of the stuff people are saying to argue for street harassment are already illegal.
Someone grabbed your ass? Well that's already illegal and you shouldn't lump that in with catcalling and other stuff.
Someone is following you? Well you can call the police seeing how stalking is illegal already.

From watching the video though it's very evident that some of those guys were doing way to much when the woman did not respond to their initial advances.
