This is so true but like your saying the NE is going to be the new North in about 20-30 years they are slowly but surely trying to turn to the city on some NY vibe where if you wanna stay close its going to cost you more. I just wish these types of whites would say that don't like blacks for whatever reason and KIM. Honestly though this doesn't represent the masses cause I see whites walking around near my moms house who lives near TU all the time on the late night. Its just not as bad as people make it seem just trying to scare them easily scarred suburban cats imo.whites still got the Fishtown, Port Richmond, Manyunk and Roxborough neighborhoods, and even they are starting to change.
Alot of the other neighborhoods that used to be all white changed, especially all in the northeast.
No use in lying though....they opened up section 8 housing in alot of neighborhoods in the northeast and now theres murders, other violent crimes, robberies, and drug spots/houses where you wouldn't imagine 10 years ago.
Also some people just look so scary if I was a robber they would be the first target you can't walk around anywhere looking like some of these folks look cause as we all know the known chumps/sucker looking cats are going to be the first to get tested before somebody that look like they going to give you that work.This nobody hate white people they must try be trying to start some beef that ain't there. Cats worrying about paying their bills for the most part on both sides not on some "Yo I hate white people lets rob them" steez.I'll put it like this. Temple is located in north Philly. Most of north Philly is black. Like the little story was saying, that means its surrounded by predominately black neighborhoods. A lot of these neighborhoods are low income, run down, and at its worst crime ridden-gentrification type neighborhoods. Temple has been buying up property all around the area. For the people living there the conditions haven't improved at all, but all around them new shyt is being bought up and built. I'm not saying that they brought it upon themselves by building their shyt around neighborhoods like this but really.....who didn't think there was at least a POSSIBILITY that out of towners would turn a block, have no idea where they are going, and wind up with their pockets turned inside out?
As far as hating white people? I don't hate white people at all. Don't have a problem with them. I can't say I knew a a lot of white people in school tho. Actually looking back, the only white people I ever even had contact with for the longest time were with my teachers.
what my paler brethren need to realize is that the concerns of the black middle class is the same (or at least very similar) to the concerns of the white middle class...dont make it seem like a black middle class family is ok with drugs and crime... and grow some nuts and stop being so fearful of black ppl

No Sane white person wants to live in a "black" neighborhood because black neighborhoods = gang banging, drug dealing, shooting and violence
