I don't think she's lying about her experience, I think black people who work in spaces where they are the minority unfortunately have too many preconceived notions about each other and it leads to prejudice against other black coworkers.

I had a white guy at work say to me that white people are marginalized. I took the bait by agreeing him about trans women and this cac, of course, start saying some shyt like that. Lmao. He was nice and a gentlemen, but racist. Black people need to realize just because they like you as an individual, don’t mean they fukk with black people. They can prop up a black individual, while still trying to dismantle systems black people benefit from.
