I think black people who work in spaces where they are the minority unfortunately have too many preconceived notions about each other and it leads to prejudice against other black coworkers.

This is a major thing honestly and creates a vicious cycle. The worst part is that it surpasses generational divides, with some older people bringing their own biases with race and age and putting it on younger people further perpetuating a cycle.
