I live in a white neighborhood (suburbs). I haven't ran into any white supremacist since 2008. 
The white folks out here are quiet so they stay inside , plus they're up in age or meth heads.
Also, our area is very liberal and the last time some white folks posted up in front of the post office with pictures of Obama with a Hitler mustache (
