Yeah, he's capping. Japanese women have this weird obsession with white noses (the angle or something. They like it because even they know that Asian people have very plain, flat faces).Their obsession and imaginary ownership over Japan is weird.
I remember last year talking to some coworkers about destinations we wanna visit and as soon as I mentioned Japan (I didn't say shyt about pursuing women btw), I could see the look on his face and then he said some bullshyt about be careful with Japan cos they're racist out there, even towards white folks. I was likethere's a ton of black folks visiting and living in Japan doing just fine and I personally know a couple and have been invited out there by Japanese people I've met. He didn't have shyt to say.
Yeah, these cacs hate to see black men pull Japanese chicks even more than white women and think they should have all the spoils to themselves. FOH.
The only racism that white people will see is getting turned away by a select few establishments that don't allow foreigners in if they don't speak Japanese... so not racist, but overly cautious is the correct term

Black people might be stared at or called derogatory terms in Japanese, but even that is kinda rare. Japanese people follow something called "tatemae", which means that they are super polite in public, so you won't know if they're racist or not 99% of the time. I don't even worry about that and I live over here.
They're much more likely to judge you based off of how you present yourself though (your style, weight, grooming standards, facial hair, tats, etc.) If you look clean, fit, and stylish, you'll be fine. Bonus points if you're polite, at least try to follow their customs, and can speak some of their language.
