These white people marching in protests at some point in their life may have had their eyes opened to injustice against minorities thru some event they saw firsthand and maybe it triggered something in their heart to take action. Meanwhile tho, what the fukk are YOU doing? There's white people in the streets getting arrested tonight, white ppl getting sprayed with pepper spray, etc....and you're doing your part how? By talking shyt to me on thecoli?

What reason did the Quakers or the white abolitionists have to fight against slavery? What reason did the people who wrote the books that riled up the northern white women towards the abolitionists cause have to do that? What reason did the white people who got lynched for protecting blacks have to do that? Or the ones that marches on the civil rights movement? Or the ones that have actively fought against the system to this day?
I can understand second guessing white people you meet personally when it comes to how they really think but when it comes to protesting what ulterior motives could you possibly be theorizing about other than maybe just wanting to be in the moment?
