ALL THESE PROJECTS THAT GET FIXED UP EVERY 15-20 YEARS END UP IN THE SAME SHAPE NO LATER THAN 5 YEARS LATER.
ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO IN DETROIT THEY WERE BEGGING PEOPLE TO COME DOWN AND GET FREE GOVERNMENT GRANTS TO FIX UP THEIR OWN HOMES. 3% OF THE ALLOTTED FUNDS ACTUALLY GOT CLAIMED. IT'S ALMOST LIKE WE DON'T WANT TO DO BETTER.

It's not white movie audiences as much as it is the Hollywood industry that isn't open minded to non white characters. If anything white movie audiences have proven to be much more open minded to watching non white movie characters.
