If a Dictator for the people, the greater good, regardless of color was put into place, would we not be in a better position?

I been in the navy for about a good year now, a lot of kids play the circle game, it's definitely a thing. I wouldn't rule out the white power thing but it took me awhile to understand most these kids ain't no secret klan members the way y'all think they all are, y'all give em way too much credit. How do you play the circle game on TV tho. It's to my understanding when u play u get someone to look then u get to punch that person. If u showing ppl who watching the game who gets the punch. Or its a co-opted symbol like ppl been saying

People stay doing dumb things in front of cameras, it really doesn't have to make sense if you're a 19 or 20 something, they want to get one over on the viewers because they knew they were being recorded. Sometimes you got to accept there's a world outside your bubble, you can't really rule anything out unless there's concrete proof.
