When you talking about a diaspora war, you talking about something the average black person has no knowledge or concern of. You would have to explain.

Other groups most definitely do. Go on r/asklatinamerica and r/latinamerica. Go on a South Asian Facebook thread and click translate. Other groups broadcast their L's publicly all the time.
