Not just corporate. I worked in the steel industry and heard that phrase all the time and the worst part it was from nikkaz that were languishing in middle management jobs. They were often instructed on who to advance to the skilled high paying positions and it was always some white boy with connections. I never seen so many clowns. Nikkaz with no pride in em.
