Shock video shows giggling racist punch elderly black man in 'social experiment'

"The plan is to see if I hit an elderly black person, would this be televised nationally?"

After spotting Roy Coleman walking down the street in Katy, Texas, on Thanksgiving weekend in 2013, the savage stopped his car and began giggling in a high-pitched voice.

In the footage he then undoes his seatbelt and steps out, calling out to his completely innocent victim: "Hey, how's it going?"

The most disgusting thing about the video is "I would never hit a defenseless person like they do" before proceeding to knock out a completely innocent elderly stranger. Someone on the inside better get this dude
