He was at a place of business for personal affairs and not an on duty call. Some states give rights to businesses to not allow officers who are not on official business to bring their firearm in if they request it. They have that right. This place told him not come in with his gun and he refused to comply, walked past (trespassing at that point) and refused to leave. The problem is most people dont ask cops not to bring in their guns because they are scared to and know how cops will act and pull bullshyt charges on you for asking but that is their right as business owners to not allow firearms on their property if you are not operating as an officer. He was not.

Unless wherever this was is a state that doesnt give business owners that right, not only is rental cac not going to get found guilty, the pig aint getting money for breaking the law he's supposed to uphold.
Breaking a rule about firearms doesn't mean you are in danger or being threatened. Still had no reason to pull his own gun out. Also he didn't refused to leave, he was clearly leaving in the video and was being pursued by the security guard.

A pistol alone is a danger, let alone on a person. Now its a "rule" when a cop does it but a law when we do it? If you give someone specific instructions to not enter a building with a firearm then you proceed to blow past that person with said firearm, thats a threat my nikka. I dont care if you leave eventually when I told you at the door not to come in. They kill us for less. But cause he's a pig, he thinks he's above the law. Not rule. The LAW. The best case scenario wouldve been for these two to off eachother.

If I come to your house and blow past you as you open the door with a gun on my hip, are you threatened? I walk all through your crib with my gun at my leisure as you yell for me to leave, is that not trespassing just because I eventually leave?

"Black cop" :mjlol:

Aint no such thing as a black cop. If that security guard was a black man, that pig would smoked him. But he a cac so this cornball ass pig just let him do whatever he wanted to do.:unimpressed:

you gotta quit this mentality, we need more black men to be cops

yes you got c00n cops, there are c00ns in every profession and every walk of life

I would've smoked that cac, but that's why I'm not a cop, he did the right thing and didn't escalate the situation and he about to be paid
