I dont think he cares about any of this shyt. I`m just more so calling out the tone shift, there were two instances that I think got him in this current lane whether its some govt shyt or just shadow funding, but there was a period Tariq was hitting up a few African countries I think trying to get dual citizenship and he seemed un happy with the Investment requirements rather than them doing him a favor and granting him citizenship and he does what that dude Dynast amir does and essentially becomes marketing for said government.
