Are all cultures equal? NOPE... otherwise we would have a world cannibalism appreciation day

Are cultures static? NOPE.. cultures can progress or regress ,grow adapt or die in very short periods of time

Is western culture better? Depends on when and how you measure it...In terms of current scientific,artistic,literary progress the answer is obviously yes and you can see empirical evidence all around you

You're still using the term African Culture. Africa doesn't have one culture. Changing or even competing religions does not necessarily destroy a culture. Throughout various countries in Africa you can see many parts of traditional culture despite being in a modern world, despite the influences of imperialism.

In the parts of Africa where the Traditional culture survived were the Isolated and more primitive tribes because they lived in harsh enviroments..the wealthier more advanced ones were the first to resist the colonialists and the first to be co-opted and destroyed so whats left is a really poor representation of what there used to be....

That seems irrelevant. Christians and Muslims have all created genocide in the name of religion and they aren't alone. Still instead of going off on a tangent just argue against the point. Not one person has "corrected" me with any reasons why Western civilizations are not superior to the rest of the world.

This isn't a discussion on the people in these nations or regions. This isn't a discussion on inherent whatever. This is a discussion on cultures and civilizations in the world as they stand today. How they got there is irrelevant.

Western civilization is the upper echelon right now. You guys are having a hard time with this whole superiority thing because you may not feel included. Unfortunately for you, you're all included. If you're American, you're American. Black, white, asian, etc...Still Americans. American culture is not perfect but its better than most of the world. For the record, I view Japanese culture above the west (minus the whole raping and pillaging all their neighbors thing).

Here's the definition of white supremacy so maybe you can start using it properly and stop devaluing the word for when theres a real issue.

The problem with your theory and stance is you are using subjective criteria in determining "what is superior" in culture. There is not an established criteria for that, there is only "accepted" criteria and you seem to be implying every and all people should use the same criteria instead of their own. Which defeats the purpose of culture in the first place.
