We want to shout black from the rooftops, and announce everything. Even our politicians say it. We’re way too honest. If you have an opportunity to help black people, just do it. If somebody asks, simply say, “They were the best one for the job.”

: He was the best person for the job. Why are you asking?

: We feel Connor was better suited. Did you hire Malik because you’re woke now?

: Woke? What do you mean by woke?

: You know, that Black Lives Matter stuff.

: Are you suggesting I only hired Malik because he’s black? That’s racist! Should I assume you only want to hire Connor because he’s white?

Then report the entire conversation to HR.

But of course they rig the system to benefit themselves then whine if they lose in a system built for them. You start cheating in a competition when you're getting that ass beat.
