+Truth Untamed Oh please, cops shoot and kill white and Hispanic people all the time, but it never makes the news. Black police officers at that. There is a video on youtube of a black cop who shot a homeless man 9 times, but that wasn't covered by the media. White people were slaves way before blacks were enslaved here, but they don't teach you that in school do they? Jews, Egyptians, Christians, etc. have all been enslaved. This country MORE than over compensates the blacks for being enslaved, when Native Americans who actually owned this land were just murdered, and now live in reservations ON THEIR OWN LAND! They don't get any of the benefits a black person would. At least your ancestors were housed, clothed, and feed, then were set free to move on to now rule this country. The slaves were also sold into slavery by their OWN people, so your African ancestors are more to blame than the people who purchased slaves. If they weren't up for sell the white man couldn't have purchased them.This group should be protesting by walking all over African flags, if they really want to protest slavery. Also as a side note EVERYONE ever involved in slavery is now dead. What did my ancestors get after teaching the "white man" how to live and survive on our land, and even broke bread with them. They got murdered to near extinction,had all their own land stolen from them, then were forced into reservations. If anyone should be owed anything it should be native Americans, and yes I get this worked up about all other topics that bother me too.
