Ok, but from what I can tell, NYC Carribean women tend to hold on to their culture pretty strongly. They still eat the same foods that they would have otherwise had in their own countries.

I am not into industry guys in general esp not ones that look like him (I wish a man that looked like him would cheat on me). When I lived in ATL, it was EASY to date industry guys. When Joc tried to talk to me (we met at a bank), I didn't even know if I wanted to give him my number. I did, googled him, found out he was married, and I let it go immediately. They are held to same standards as everyday men (at least with me). I am not into the Love and Hip Hop lifestyle and I don't get easily star struck (maybe if I met Beyonce). I live in Brooklyn and East Flatbush is precisely what I was refering to. From all the WI folks that I know..they still pretty much eat their own foods.
