If you aware of ur environment you suddenly stop getting ur feelings hurt. I applied for another role where I'm at..got ignored but they recruiting/hiring certain people on a monthly basis...don't want the role anymore xoz that group they seem to always hire is good with the money they get but with me they would have been forced to break their wage bill.

So look at the environment..most companies prefer runners.

I was on their LinkedIn. They have posts where they said they didn't do it AND that there was a former Jr. who did it.

Again, it could all be fake. But paying 75/hr on contract and being that stupid isn't far fetched at all.

Let me add my own personal observation, every single word before the colon is capitalized, Role, Location, Duration, Rate, Client. But somehow they forgot to capitalize the word “note”?
