Yep. Which is why I stay on code. Always and forever. Code don't have to be right. It don't have to be conscious. It just needs to he an alibi we can all claim that gets all Black people from punishment of others who look like them actions. Can the same thing be said for when a cop shoots a black person? You didn't see the same outrage when that college kid was shot visiting Chicago.
A pack of white boys raped a disabled teenager. No jail time served for the attacker (John Howard), and he didn't have to register as a sex offender either. In addition to completing probation, Howard can have his conviction dismissed.
