Rick cut his hand and might have zombie blood in the wound or something. In the comic, Rick lost his arm when the governor and he met. Could they be going that direction in this way? Could he have to cut off his arm?

Rewatching the ep, I'm starting to think Glenn isn't dead.The other guy clearly landed on him and when the walkers were eating the body it's zoomed right towards Glenn's face so you can't actually see his body .
