probably no rapper, tbh. i wanted to say Lupe, just off the bars and the complexity/intelligence involved in his shyt, but he doesn't seem content with being the genius that he could be, i think he purposefully does and says ignorant shyt periodically so he doesn't have to live up to the expectations of "genius", it's too hard.

i think timbaland is close to it, just off the production of course, his sounds and shyt sound otherworldly
