It's definitely the scheme. They've run it every year with no attempts at adjusting to personnel. Hart doesn't have the footspeed and Randle doesn't put the effort in for it to work when they're paired up.

Been saying this from the beginning. Thibs needs to go. More than half the reason we get 3pt bombed on is because of Thibs defensive schemes/lack of. Something has to change

The team has a talent deficit too. Fire Thibs, he's not doing great so it's whatever, but the Knicks are not a playoff squad as currently constructed, regardless of who the coach is. I'm kind of tired of thinking of how to help RJ too considering how inconsistent he is. I'd rather see IQ or Grimes take his place in starting line-up and Cam start at sf. I said a couple of years ago that Obi and IQ both have higher ceilings than RJ and I think we're starting to see that.
