I actually disagree with this. I think Thibs really does like Deuce McBride and has been wanting to play him for a minute. I really think Deuce McBride was Thibs pick in the first place. I also believe the only reason Deuce wasn’t getting minutes before was because of Thibs loyalty to Rose.
I think IQ's leap in defense this year has made Deuce more expendable in Thibs system. He's practically been our best defender this season. I think Deuce/Cam/Rose might be packaged in a trade this season; especially Cam since he's coming up on a contract/extension & Deuce is a year or two away from his
