To me Allhiphop at it's prime was the best. Being able to post pictures, gifs, took posts and threads to another level. AHH had a great reign at the top but it was short.

SOHH has been consistently great for much longer.


AllI know is, the hip-hop message board era of like 2004-2007 will NEVER be topped.

I had been going to Sohh since like 06 but I had no idea they had a message board forum. I used lurk Hip Hop DX and Sohh's front page. On Sohh they had a lil blog section where you could comment and shyt. It was live as fukk. I used to stay on there stanning Dipset and causing havoc.

I used to see the Project Covo tag on the website but had zero clue what it was. One day I clicked and was like

Then I straight up lurked for like 2 years. Never made a account. . shyt had me cause nikkas was savages. Then a nikka ( wish I could remember his name ) made a thread right when Guru died talking about how Guru and Solar was fakkits. I was and cause I grew up on Gangstarr. . So I joined to jump into the thread and defend Guru. RIP breh.

So I missed all the earlier fukkery but caught the end of Sohh.

I used to post on the sohh front page befoee i joined....around 05 06.....it was lit. Blog articles would have hundreds of comments in just hours.

Before i joined SOHH i posted on ughh forums and nobodysmiling.
