Too all my skinny breh's that think it's bad and hate that you can't gain weight from the high metabolism you better take advantage of it fam, because as you get older you will get your wish and your metabolism will slow down . As you all know muscle ways more than fat, so all your weight is gonna come from working out. You don't even need to hit the gym like that breh's, just doing a minimum of like 50 push ups , sit ups , pulls ups every other day consistently and you will see results in like a month. So embrace your skinny powers and do those push ups breh's.
