Nope. Westbrook clearly had a solid handle and always sported a solid A:T ratio.

True but when coming out of UCLA, his vision was doubted and up until 18 months ago, certain people said he was too selfish to be a PG.

With Oladipo, you'll get a solid perimeter defender who can't shoot. His handles aren't bad so he's not that bad of ball handler.

It's not similar dude. Russy grew from 5'11'' to 6'4'' in HS and had to adjust to his body at UCLA. Make no mistake, Westbrook is a SG in my eyes but he is still further along than VO as a comboguard which says a lot.

VO should be at the defending the other teams best wing and cutting/slashing, not trying to create offense for others. Dude TO rate is historically bad. They need to pair him with a big ballhandler like Exum or Smart. I will say VO shooting is MUCH better than I ever imagined when watching him at IU.

My bad, I meant to say VO can shoot. They've got him playing alongside Nelson to give him time to learn the position because as you said, when he's come on and run the point, he does turn the ball over a bit too much.

I still think he can play PG because vision and IQ can be developed to a reasonable level. He's too short to be SG in my eyes even though he's got elite athleticism for his size.

He's too short to guard SG which is why you pair him with a real ballhandler like Smart or Exum who can guard wings.

Real talk, in 2-3 years, they're gonna be a problem. Harris, Vucevic, Harkless & Oladipo is strong team going forward. All they need IMO is a real PF to compliment Vucci Mane and take pressure off him on defence 'cause I don't think Nicholson and O'Quinn are the guys to do that.

Initially, I wanted them to tank to try and get Randle but I think they're too good for that now.

randle may be a longshot, but if they want a PF, they could prolly pick aaron Gordon. deep draft.

besides, theyre better off drafting a PG if theyre gonna part ways with jameer. a real PG. oladipo aint gonna cut it.

I wouldn't be surprised if they trade afflalo while his stock is at an all-time high. I wouldn't do it, but if theyre gonna go with the youth movement then hey.
