Beyoncé. What timeless music will we remember her for. (If you are a straight male). There is no “that’s the way love goes”… no “pleasure principle” . Just being a Jackson alone . Not even a “my life” Mary J… she just a pop star to me . I did like her first solo cd. But it wasn’t a classic, just a good album. She is not on the same level musically . If we talk about performing that’s a way different story. And Mariah Carey is way better than Beyoncé outside of performing. Beyoncé Voice doesn’t come close. Mariah has a timeless music. What songs will we remember Beyoncé for in the future that we actually play. “All my Single ladies” :skip:

I've never heard Beyonce's music get played at any cookout or reunion. No doubt she's big for the culture, but her music never became a staple for the culture like those other artists at that table.
