I bought a new construction home this year too. I dunno what kind of house you got but familiarize your self with nail pops and cracks related with the home settling. shyt freaked me out.

I bought my first home this Feb 2022. Yes take your time with fully furnishing your home. Look for sales. Dont spend crazy amount of money, You never know about unexpected life expenses.

Meet your neighbors. My neighbors live at their home for 10+ years. They can provide much needed insight if your street.

no lies told. Learned that from my boy. Him and his wife bought their first crib few years ago and she wanted that bytch fully furnished the first month.

My nikka was heated he couldn't go on trips with the rest of the crew like we normally did during that time cause him and his lady was slowly paying off 60k in debt from furniture for the whole house
