Yeah he confused me with that one as well. When he said "city" thats supposed to mean the whole NYC meaning all 5 boroughs. He didnt exceute this properly. He shoulda put "borough" in the title.

Its different my nikka. Chicago is one big ass city. New York is a bunch of independent boroughs incorporated together. If you know a little bit of history, New York was just Manhattan and the boroughs were their own thing. BK was Kings County. Queens was a bunch of small towns, yada yada yada. They annexed them into NYC because there were certain city in the Midwest that was gaining steam & we couldn't have that

Brooklyn is at 2.5 million population, 70sq miles
Queens is at 2.2 million population, 109sq miles
Chicago is at 2.7 million population, 227sq miles

I mean, look at that. If there was no NYC, Brooklyn & Queens would be the 3rd & 4th largest cities. Its different. Everybody might rep NYC with pride, but BK nikkas are BK nikkas, Queens nikkas are Queens nikkas, Uptown nikkas are Uptown nikkas, etc.
