fukk it, im rolling with it. When you talk about Shaq's legacy, you're prominently talking about the laker years. 3 rings and pure dominance with another all-timer. He started with and had a classic run with Orlando and he won a ring with another all-timer post LA but nothing really compares to that Laker run.

Dre is at his best when he fukking with Snoop and DPG. The Eminem shyt popped but it was more on some Dre in the background shyt. Same with 50. Snoop and Dre is a staple on some peanut butter and jelly shyt. Too many classics collectively.

Who should I be seein? I prefer my music to be 'real' and not mainstream. Ive seen ghostface, ive seen raekwon, i recently seen ice cube, ive seen wack ass 2 chainz, im seein boosie this thursday. Most concerts and auditorium events I get in free because I occasionally work security. So it's nothin for me to make a few extra dollars and happen to catch a show.

Maaaaan The Chronic/Doggy Style with Snoop's crazy buzz alone plus hearin Snoop open up Still DRE brought him back. Em was just icing on the cake. Em probably helped new fans come along. That Chronic fanbase bought that Chronic 2001 album. Em had a crazy buzz but it increased more when The MMLP dropped.

What a lot of people don't realize is that Dre already had a huge white following. A lot of them got into Hip Hop because of Chronic and even the NWA albums. I forget who it was, but someone on here said that Chronic is a gateway album. I think that statement holds true because it was a lot of people's introduction to Hip Hop. So of course, 2001 was going to be as successful with or without Eminem.

Another thing is, Eminem would probably still be underground if it wasn't for Dre. Dre producing his early singles took him in mainstream (as did the Interscope machine). He wouldn't have had that machine if it wasn't for Dre agreeing to work with him. Em's appearances on 2001 raised Em's profile and helped him become bigger by the time MMLP dropped.

Exactly breh. Tell these people man. They sleepin on Dre's impact. The Chronic wasn't just a album it was a cultural shift in hip-hop. Ya givin Em waaay too much credit. Em don't go a day without praising Dre. Like I said Snoop did more for Dre. Snoop was the biggest artist on Death Row in the beginning. Ya acting like Em had this big fanbase in the beginning. Chronic/new fans gave Em a chance because of Dre. When Still Dre dropped him and Snoop won the fans back overnight. Em was coming into his own. He helped add new fans. N1ggas got amnesia when it comes to Dre and Snoop.
