My cousin is a sax player, and travels the world chasing music gigs. Speaks French and German, been all over the world.
But to be clear he isn't rich. Having the freedom to travel wherever at the drop of a hat isn't a sign of stability or success.
If you are CEO of a multimillion corp or a Doctor, or lawyer, you not gonna be able to just drop everything and go to italy in the next 30 days.
You can accord to in terms of money, but not in terms of time.
An hourly worker can have someone cover their shift. but When you are at the top of the food chain, your work only piles up in your absence.
Vacations are scheduled way in advance.

and I have the ability to go wherever the hell I want to honestly. not only do I have 300 hours of PTO banked, but I work remotely anyways. I just don't care that much about it.
