Thug was actually a industry plant (which is funny cause nobody really cares cuz he got a hundred other things to talk about) , thats where all the controversy of the fukked up deal he signed with Atlantic before he got famous stems from.

Migos were signed to Coach K. Who is Guwops manager and is also head of QC, he linked em with Gucci, he set up the whole play with those 3.

And I forgot bout Sosa, Keef is actually the last real authentic rapper to start a movement from the streets.

Uall forgot Bieber. They made it seem like he came up off of youtube and scooter braun scooped him up but Asher Roth claims he knew him for years, damn near babysat him.

Yea, they were putting him with Dre and all those top producers for the Documentary either way. When Game started appearing the message wasn't "this is a new underground rapper that's getting so popular that Interscope has to listen to the people and sign him and give him a budget", the message was "this is Dre's newest signing, he's about to work with the top names in the industry and be made a star"

I just feel that Game being with G-Unit defines Games career, even though I feel that he had the talent to make it without 50

Having a deal before you really got on =/= Industry plant.

Most of these cats had to get on some type of way, and you're not just gonna do it all by yourself.

There is no time/money to be doing that anymore, the game moves way too fast for labels to be signing cats, and then letting the site for 2-3 years before putting them out there.

I wish labels would groom artists instead of just throwing them out there so they can flop

Would you rather spend 2-3 years on an artist, and then have to drop them cause they're simply just not becoming what they need to be....and make zero dollars off them?
