I just started using instagram, so I dont really follow anyone.

a few fitness dudes for motivation

Some fitness/healthy meal accounts......but it's becoming just a circle jerk of recommendations and links to purchase "plans" from fitness "experts"

Macro Magic on Facebook has become much better for meal ideas imo
