hmmmm... this is a good question. these questions, obviously, are always subjective. none of us saw the great teams of the 70s, didn't really get a full grasp of the 80s NWA teams of Road Warriors, Midnight Express, Rock & Roll Express, or the Freebirds in Texas.

1st team came to mind was the Hart Foundation. then I think about Tully & Arn, don't think I've ever seen them have a bad match, and they had great psychology. The New Age Outlaws were probably the most popular team ever. the Rockers might be a bit underrated.

in the end, I think its the Dudley Boyz. they had success everywhere ECW, WWF, NJPW, TNA. I have no doubt if they had gone to WCW, they would have been champs there as well. they were innovators, the were the missing ingredient in the Edge & Christian/Hardy Boyz feud. they wrestled hardcore matches, but didn't have to, they could have solid matches without tables and shyt.
I came in here to post about Telly and Arn and the Harts. Both of those are two of the greatest teams ever and Arn and Telly hardly ever get talked about when great tag teams come up. They could do it all in the ring and on the mic and they should be given more props then they are.

I can't narrow it down. Ones I hold in high regard are Edge and Christian, Dudley Boyz, Hart Foundation, British Bulldogs, LOD, The Steiners, Harlem Heat, and the New Age Outlaws.

And as crazy as this sounds, I think Miz and Morrison were a solid tag team. Obviously not worthy of being in the list of greats but they worked well off each other and had a memorable run as a tag team.

Shout out to the Freebirds, I would pick them for the GOAT spot.

But for good measure, my favorite teams are these cats.

The Briscoes. Dem boys are some of the most entertaining guys in all of wrestling and are definitely talented enough to stack up against the very best teams as all-around performers.
Eliminators were uniquely talented and a big part of what made ECW different. I always thought they gave the Dudleys one of those career making rubs back in '96 or '97.
