No all jokes aside shout out to you brehs that's trying to live a better life. I used to be a certified alcoholic so I know what it's like. The denial, the withdrawal, the rock bottoms, the deteriorating health, all of it.. I've been sober a few years and I will tell you it's one of the best choices of my life. My life isn't raining skittles I still have "ups and downs" like everyone does but it's nowhere near as bad as it was when I was a drinker..
All aspects of life are better when you quit drinking idgaf what you say don't argue with me lol... confidence, health, appearance, behavior, SEX, laughter.... a good natural unintoxicated laugh is priceless. Your real birth given laugh...

I ain’t gone lie I drink everyday…mostly wine cuz it’s cheaper. ($3 a bottle from Aldi) but during da weekend I’ll buy a real bottle of liquor. I went bacc to chicago for new years and dis liquor store was selling fifths of dusse for $30…I went thru 5 of em in 5 days.
So now im just tryna see how much control I got of my drinking. It’s been 4 days since I drunk and I have an urge to drink but nun happen. My old ass auntie gone tell me ima start shaking and throwing up without it…guesss I ain’t no real alcohol cuz I feel fine !
I did dry January and I took it to the extreme: no smoking or alcohol or fast food. I actually started the night after the national title game so my 30 days was up yesterday but i'm going to have a drink and ONE pre-roll tomorrow. My issue is that when I DO drink, i go HARD. I like craft beer and I can go through A LOT during college football season so I am making changes to that. I WILL do better

And yea I can go thru a fifth of liquor in one day. Ion drink beer too much anymore mostly wine jus cuz it be having a higher alcohol percentage
Well i'm already skinny but doing that, plus using my exercise bike EVERY DAY for 30 minutes minimum made me drop a bit of weight. Just undergoing a lifestyle change has been god sent. I know i'ma have a set back or two but i'm committed to get a hold of not overindulging
Dats good bra. I want to lose weight but I eat a lot of fast food. I can’t really cook anything besides spaghetti, and chiccen and rice. I got a gym membership a few months ago but I ain’t used it yet.

bruh do it!!! use that membership. I just have an exercise bike in my apartment and I got a tablet that I use Youtube to watch old and/or recent boxing fights on it. Think about it, twelve 3 minute rounds is almost 40 minutes before you know. Just give yourself a minute break after every 3 round and you'll be done before you know it.
Food wise, I follow these dudes that drop easy to make low cal/high protein meals that SLAPS!!!
