I've been lifting on an empty stomach for about a year and a half now, anytime I eat before I go to the gym I feel lethargic and out of it. After the first week your body adjusts to it like nothing, the best part is you turn into a eating machine right after your workout. Just keep drinking water during your workout :manny:

It doesn't have to be fasted, just can't lift having just eaten something

I don't know how you brehs do it, every time I've had a fasted workout I've felt terrible.

Started in high school with summer football practice and not wanting to throw up. I only work in the morning so that makes it easier.

That said if I worked out at night I would like want something to help push me through.

Intermittent Fasting has gotten me into the habit of fasted training. Like the good homie Malta said, you end up wanting to crush buildings after training fasted. A couple times after I've swam laps on an empty stomach, I've come back to the office and got on my cookie monster steez...

YES! Same here, I would watch other dudes throw up and in my old gym that was called "punk/pusy juice" or "the bytch coming out of you", I remember trainers would get that :win: feeling if they made someone throw up, so I made sure not to throw up and I would look at them like :stopitslime: after workouts but would be actully feeling like:to::sadcam::noah:

I've tried working out a few times after eating and felt absolutely horrible. Felt like I had no strength or energy. Anytime I went to the gym on an empty stomach it was a lot harder to drag myself in but the second I got started got a crazy burst of energy.
