Yeah bro. I been slowly learning to make bread. Havent really had a good result yet but Im getting there. Yeast is real hard to find though, last time I went to like 7 supermarkets and when I finally found some they had like 4 packets left.

Don't have a stand mixer either so shyt is uphill, but im motivated to get that first good loaf out the oven

Yea, I always liked to cook but I been digging into my deep freezer. Just made some stewed oxtails, braised and sauteed potatoes and brocolli with a cheddar/parmesan sauce.

Then I chopped some stew beef, carrots, potatoes, celery, mushrooms into the stock I made the oxtails with and now I got a nice stew.

Yeah, man. There's nothing else to do. My wine collection is also getting a workout.

I did butter chicken on Friday, roast pork on Saturday, ravioli yesterday from scratch.
