I have had co workers for years & they never seen me eat.

I will drive around the corner or hide in my tinted car & eat or wait till I get home.

I never eat at work.

I do drink juice and/or water. I have chewed gum, but I have never eaten.

I also never eat from anyone who brings anything to work.

And I never talk on the phone around co workers at work, I find somewhere private & talk on the phone.

I always walk fast with a small black notebook + pen in hand at all times

I’ve done this at blue & white collar jobs but ESPECIALLY at white collar jobs.

I know I can’t be the only one.

I'll eat a quick snack at my desk, but for a meal I'll walk out to my car.

…as to the question…we were allotted 45 minutes to eat but it really always ended up being only 30 fukking minutes so I’d just eat in the classroom…gave me the NECESSARY quiet time that I needed to charge down…the teachers’ cafeteria was in the corner of the student cafeteria and it was just too much noise…then god forbid a fight broke out, we had to get involved and break that shyt up…granted that wasn’t a normal occurrence…I guess depending on how your office is setup, there isn’t a quiet area you can eat without having to drive around the corner lol

I'm rarely in the office.

I sort of had this issue working migrations in IT and supporting them on site

I just am not a person who can eat under stress. I'm usually not even thinking about my hunger under stressful conditions, just how to solve whatever the issue is, then eat after. Even if I forced myself to eat I couldn't eat much, was just too anxious.

Which takes me to my point, sounds like you need help dealing with that anxiety plehboi
