They overcharged me on tolls I been through, and I closed my account and let an old credit card expire so they couldn't keep charging me

I probably got like $4k in violations now no cap. I got a tag but don’t keep a lot of money on it so I drive thru that bih anyways. It’s fukked up that I’m in the program and yet they still charge my tag the full violation amount, $51 instead of the reduced price of $13 or $16 whatever the fukk it is. They not getting a dime from me either they can suck it.
