This thread is another reason why I'm happy I deactivated my facebook and why tumblr is the best social media network ever.

I can be myself on tumblr. No family, relatives, or close friends follow me other than people who have blogs and are already registered on the network. No annoying people from high school following me on there and none of them would dare to make their own account. Nobody's family pics or wedding pics on my dash. Nobody reading way too into my posts too much...it's freedom.
