This is actually a very effective approach. If you treat everyone well, you're going to build up a really strong social circle, and when you go out to the bars/clubs, there are going to be a lot of people that like you and want to be hanging around you. This social proof is going to make you more attractive to girls because they see something "special" and "fun" about you that they want to be a part of.

you have to be subtle with it. Most guys are too straight forward and aggressive because they lack discipline. They get too caught up in the infatuation.
