facts bro. shyt was a struggle but a nikka way more focused. more bread in my pocket. and im not shyttin bricks when i get pulled over. our culture (rap hiphop nikkadom whatever u wanna call it) sell us a lifestyle thats impossible to keep up wit as a regular nikka.you see "rich" nikkas smoking all day popping pills making anthems about spending wild bread. u wanna get where they at but u will never get rich doing that shyt. its like a nikka reaching the promise land then giving u the wrong directions to get there. until im financially secure myself i really have no business smoking big blunts.shyt is ass backwards.a nikka should be focused as possible and try to not have ANY vices if u really wanna accomplish some shyt.

and when I hear a beat while I'm high or that after high kind of glow, I feel like I'm engulfed into the beat, like literally swimming through that bih

If you're gonna be living in the same environment and others around you are smoking, it won't be easy. I was able to quit cold turkey because I moved to a new area and didn't go hunting for new connects around here and I don't like to drive with weed on me so that made it easier to stop.

I am/was a daily smoker and I quit on Oct 19th. My wife said I was so mean the weeks after quitting, but I've leveled off now. I'm not smoking again until I grow my own organic crop, because I don't trust all this commercial growing.

It's nothing to stop smoking, but my alcohol consumption has risen sharply.

I've quit cold turkey before. Weed definitely is psychologically addictive. First couple weeks or so I'd have these vivid dreams. But that's mainly becuz your getting real good sleep. Weed makes it hard to achieve REM sleep. I like to smoke at night so I would get real strong urges to wanna smoke late at night but it doesn't last long you'll be good

I did. Mainly for work and the need to be focused at this point in my life. I don't consider it quitting tho, just cutting back drastically.

Distractions consist of drinks, books and Coli.

Weed affects everyone differently but for most people it's not hard to cold turkey. I've done it multiple times, basically every time I'm about to get a new gig. It's good to periodically stop for a couple months just to keep your tolerance low.

Y'all gotta stop smoking blunts too, smoking bowl/bongs will save you a lot of money

I get ya. I cop ounces and coast on that shyt since At first I never used to smoke outside of the weekends so a $500 an ounce package could last me in upwards of 2-3 months but ever since I've built a tolerance I've been smoking more frequent and had to cut back buying that super loud shot at 20 a gram.

Learned to even it out by copping decent mids for whenever I wanna smoke on a whim for around $150 and saving the good shot for special occasions when I need that added kick.

But then again I been making a conscious effort to save my change up to $250 and copping with that as opposed to pulling directly from my salary. Gotta budget this shyt.
