:dahell: What goal post am I moving?

Dude said lebron surpassed Kobe and I asked how Kobe has 5 ships. Then the other dude threw in random a that have won more than Kobe and I was like no elite players with ships
So Kobe getting 15.6/4/4 on 36% shooting is better than James getting 28/8/4 on shooting slashes of 57%/52%/80% in 2014? So Kobe had a better game 7 in 2010 than James had game 1 in 2013?

at using stats for a final where every game was a blowout :dead:

Does that make him better than Kobe because he had better final stats:stopitslime:

Now you're moving goal post like a mu'phuka .... No where in this thread are people throwing in stats and now your ass gotta come in and do it for no reason at all:camby:

Performance determines greatness. By the idiotic standards of "RINGZZZ", all that matters is if the team won. This makes Joel Anthony a superior center to Patrick. This makes Norris cole and Mario chalmers superior point guards to Jason Kidd. This must mean that Rashard Lewis is greater than Kevin durant too. :camby:

Guys like Lebron see huge dips in efficiency come playoffs :manny:

Lebron James has never been a real good jump shooter. Him going 3-27 from 3 in a series is surprising but certainly not impossible and very believable.

Now if you told me Kyrie or Steph Curry or KDTrey5 went 3-27 from 3 I would be like impossible.

Fatigue is real, breh.

Only guys like Kobe, Duncan and MJ keep up their efficiency in the playoffs from what it was in the regular season.

Again, were talking about elite players. Not Joel Anthony or chalmers.:snoop:

When you think about top 10 players as of right now Jordan, Duncan and Kobe are def before lebron so yea rings has ALOT to do with this.

Myself
Kobe is one of the GOATs but his stans shouldn't be insecure.

As a Dwade and Bosh fan (:whoa: don't judge me) before the big 3, seeing Bron leave and get a ring without them would sting a little. The fact that it would be under Dan Gilbert ownership would be disappointing too.

But then I remember how bytchmade even non basketball fans we're acting towards Lebron and real Heat fans.
With all the fukked up shyt going on in the world, you would've thought Bron was in cahoots with Islamic terrorists, killing puppies, and robbing old white women:mjlol:

I mean,
it wasn't like he raped anybody:troll:

I remember people giving him the Mayweather twitter treatment all because he didn't do it their way, and was arrogant about it:lolbron:

Then reading the sodium-filled, estrogen laced letter from Gilbert:

"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER 'KING' WINS ONE! You can take it to the bank."
:sadbron:

I can't help but root for his success.
You really got to see the true colours of fans, banwagoners, and non fans a like;
but if he happens to lose:yeshrug:I'm am NBA basketball fan first, and I'll let it be known that he can't win 1 without Wade :troll:

What makes him better then? You seem to ignore how both players perform in the championship round. Apparently all that matters is the win so by this standard Robert Horry is the best since Russell. Can't go all Kobe Stan and then go all "oh I only mean star players" when before all that mattered was rings.

The main goal for the Hawks D wont be so much stopping LeBron from scoring but more taking away passing lanes, staying home on shooters and forcing turnovers. Remember Bron has been somewhat TO prone this year and If they can get 5 or more turnovers out of him, i think they'll be satisfied. Forcing TOs is also a cornerstone of the Hawks D and they were one of the best in the league in that regard.
