This is kind of silly. But, for the sake of not getting negged I'll say Lil Wayne. The drugs, and his unending popularity have been his downfall. I promise you, if he spent a full year away from the booth, just writing a cohesive album, it'd be one of the best of the decade, because he certainly has the talent, and the drive. Jay-Z hasn't fallen off, he's changed as a person, and wants his music to reflect that. Nas... needs a good producer for an entire album. He'll be straight after that. That collaboration album with Damian Marley was really well done. Its his production that's his downfall.
