Treach is my guy, but I don’t think Em's hopping in the studio with him anytime soon for a project, lol.

He said he wants to do an album with Em, but he waited decades to make moves on the solo thing. People don’t even want it anymore. I always say, we should've had the Treach solo back in '96, right after Poverty's Paradise. Pete Rock said back then on Future Flavaz that he had some beats for Treach. He had a lot of demand for the solo, but it just never happened.

Yeah, Treach let the time pass him by

A Treach album in 96’ with Pete Rock beats would’ve been dope :ohlawd:

That was his peak era. '92-'96.

As a fan, I would've gone CRAZY for a Treach album back then.

You can't tell me dude wouldn't have dropped a classic!

Yessir

Treach don’t get enough props but a lot of nikkas was trying to do Treach’a style of rap during that time

Oh hell yeah!

A Treach album with Kay Gee, Pete Rock and somebody like Premier on the boards?!

Man he would’ve dropped a classic album for sure

Imagine Treach at that time rapping over a Easy Mo Bee beat too! :whew:

Treach with Mo Bee would've been ridiculous!!

Back in like '95, Trendz of Culture was gearing up to drop a second album, and they said they had Treach in the studio with Method Man for a joint. They played it on Stretch and Bobbito, and it was the remix to a joint on their first album. I recorded it off the radio and been playing it since! LOL!! Around this time, Treach was talking about doing a solo, so he was doing all these features and killing them, but just never did the album.

A lot of people never heard this joint, but Treach and Mef on a track together 30+ years ago. Back when legends used to just click up and make dope sh*t.

No doubt, bro!

I don’t even know if the album that was on ever dropped officially. I have it, but that came along with searching online forever, years ago, lol. Whole project was dope! But around that time, they said Treach was supposedly working on some sh*t. I guess we'll just never hear it.

Hell yeah bruh

It probably didn’t, the music we always want typically never get released lol

I guess Treach was more occupied with acting than working on a solo album :francis:

Truth!

Last podcast interview I heard with him, he said he's done like 60+ movies and 40 TV shows or some sh*t. LOL!

He was on The Family Business playing Brother X for a couple seasons and his character was mad unintentionally hilarious.

I love this shyt, still play it every so often

For me Em definitely fell off harder than Redman. Like dude said earlier, I just dont enjoy hearing Em music anymore. Even if Redmans newer work isn't as good as it used to be i can still be cool hearing it.

HAHA!! Haven't seen this video since I was a kid!

This sh*t used to come on The Box nonstop back in the day. And on Public Access, they used to play the "dirty" uncensored version of the video, which was always my favorite.

:lolbron:
