No matter how much the coli tries to force the narrative, especially compared to Redman (who is great I mind you) and 20 of the people he supposedly sounds like/ripped off, there is PLENTY of separation between Em and rappers of his ilk when it comes to songwriting and content/substance, even amidst the silly shyt.



Might be the most cartoonish, silly sounding song on the album yet based on something very real and traumatic.

Nah the reality is everyone is influenced and is inspired by other artists

Red is influenced by Ice Cube/N.W.A., EPMD, Slick Rick

‘Em is his own man but like others, he wears his influences on his sleeve too. Every artist does once you start to really listen to them and they speak on who inspire them, then you even start to see it more clearly.

You can hear the Treach, Redman and Masta Ace influence on Em. But he still has on his own story and lane that makes him who he is.
