Arenas was ballin before his gun charge. In Orlando and Memphis he wasn't getting minutes and we know he's a volume scorer.

Francis literally just vanished for no reason.

I got to say Stevie...he ALWAYS was considered a standout baller...he is was drafted what number 2?? Gilly was always considered to be a marginal talent at best. But he worked hard and came up and got paid. But he got to feeling himself and he got injured. His fall off was to be expected. But Stevie :wtf: I expected him to STILL be in the league playing at a high level. Besides AI he was the most talented kid I had seen come out of the DC area since I was living here. :to:

:what: AI from Hampton.....unless u talkin bout his college days

Its definitely Stevie tho.....he was supposed to be the whole houston Franchise

it u think about it, Houston has had some horrible luck between Him, Tmac, and Yao

A[renas] to Z[hang Zhaoxu]: Shanghai Sharks 2012/13 Player Grades | Shark Fin Hoops

The Chinese Basketball Association schedule is done and dusted for another season as far as the Shanghai Sharks are concerned. Nine months of quiet now beckon but not before grades are dished out on a disappointing but eventful 10-22 campaign.

PG/SG: Gilbert Arenas: 6/10

Games: 14, MPG:27.3, PPG: 20.7, RPG: 7.3, APG:3.0

It could have been a ten because when a fully fit Arenas has played, its been wonderful and exactly what you want from a gun slinging combo guard. Had he been fit, he could have been a 30 points-a-night guy in the CBA but instead he inadvertently derailed a season and cost his head coach a job. Expect Arenas to be back next season but probably not with Shanghai.

Arenas, easily.

Stevie Franchise had that nickname by the end of his rookie year but he didn't have to prove himself for years that he was a superstar. Arenas had a chip on his shoulder from his days @ Arizona till he got to the Wizards. That's when he got the 'Agent 0' nickname. Once he got that payday, it was a wrap.

Its like he made the deal with the devil when he got that $100 mil contract. Yeah he could be set for life but it came with a price: his talent :snoop:

Francis....fell off too hard.

Gilbert still had game and something to offer when he last played.

I think if Gilbert wouldnt have hurt his knee he would have still been a starting guard in the league. Even when he first came back he was getting 22 and 7 a night till he ended up suspended for he gun incident. Then he got traded and we all know Van Gundy was not gonna let him have the greenlight to shoot. But i think Steve just stopped caring after him and Cutino got separated. And im not even trying to be funny. These guys loved playing with each other more than any set of teammates i have ever saw. I believe Steve just lost his love for the game, or either he had other habits that started to take over his life.

Hibachi was my favorite fukking player...it hurt watching his career end :to:

but francis fell off a lot easier cause he was expected to be the pg for many years while gil worked hard, earned a lot, but got too big in the head and thought he was kobe or something
