Who Frying a Turkey This Thanksgiving?

I ain't never liked turkey until I had a fried one. My fam cooked up three turkeys one year (it was like 50 of us). One smoked, one baked, and one fried and the fried one killed the others. Everytime I've had it since it was amazing and the only way I'll eat it now.

Smoked turkey is good, but frying is easier and faster

We did both last year, both were about as easy, hardest part about smoking it is getting the temp set and that isn't hard if you know what you're doing. And it really wasn't that much longer, maybe half an hour

Back in the day we fry & barbecue sauce glaze it ... Turkey ain't last 2 days in my house unlike that traditional shyt that last weeks

Smoked, grilled/jerked, or fried are all Ws. Can't go wrong with any just up to preference. My fam switch every year. I think we back at frying

I think fried turkey is the most overrated shyt. Nothing like a carefully seasoned and roasted bird, juicy and out the oven Then when you cut into it and the juice run out.
