the footage in this thread says otherwise.it's a tv show with a bad director first of all. Using wide shots when she ran out the building was a terrible choice and leads me to believe that's just a sample of how bad it will be... He's not hiding how bad she looks when she fights/run or etc. Even the 80's tv did that better. Dude would just walk into frame and shoot enemies already running at him. But even still he looked terrible doing stuff too..

And let's not talk about the movie they had more money and a better directors vision to make denzel look cool af. Close ups when he is fighting, wide shots when the fights are over, slowing down fights and speeding them up subtlety when he lands punches and etc. All this shyt to trick the Brain into thinking he ain't 60
